Extra terrestrials

This was creepy and disorientating.

Last night, I dreamt I'd woken up to go to the toilet (as I usually do at least once in the night), I walked into the bathroom in the dark (again, I usually do this to avoid the sudden shock of switching on the lights).

However, this time, I could see through the curtain and the window above my toilet the outline of a figure I took to be an alien.  I panicked, backed away and then woke up in my bed.

...or so I thought.

It gets confusing here, because variations of the same thing kept on happening for some time after that (I don't know how long it went on for exactly).  I felt like I'd woken up, and I'd see either a shadow through the curtains in the bathroom or through the curtains in my bedroom. In one instance, there were shadowy figures in the room with me, but I couldn't move.  In another, I threw the covers off me and started to walk to the window, but it got fuzzy after that.

This whole incident seriously creeped me out, especially when I thought the shadowy figures were in my room, which reminded me of something that happened when I was about 6 years old.  At that time, I shared a room with my sister and slept on the top bunk bed.  I woke in the middle of the night to see about 4 or 5 shadowy creatures in the room.  I just stared at them, and they just appeared to be watching or observing me.  One of them was also standing by the light switch.  All I remember after that was waking up.

The figure outside my bedroom window reminded me somewhat of the dream I had recently with the strange little African boy outside my window.  Perhaps he was really an alien in human form...

Either way, this was some seriously weird shit.  When I wrote the part about about the childhood memory, it sent a shiver through my entire body.
