Old dream: Planet of alien children

Here's an old one that somehow slipped through the net.

I actually had this dream on 27th August 2013 but forgot all about it until it came up on my Facebook memories feed.  I'm going to quote the status update in its entirety below:

Two strange dream-related things happened to me this morning. First I dreamed I was on an alien planet where the aliens looked like human toddlers but spoke just like adults (they were fully grown but with the bodies of infants basically). There was nothing cute about these aliens though. They were nasty pieces of work.

I was trying to infiltrate their complex for some reason, but the dream ended halfway through. It continued an hour or so later when I fell asleep on the train into work. Only this time, whilst traversing their complex, I took a couple of turns and found myself in a room facing a red baby-looking alien creature with a head the size of a football and a large, wide oval-shaped mouth with pointy teeth. It had squinty, black eyes and looked freaky as hell. I woke up when I saw it.

Later on, I found myself going up the escalators in a train station that looked EXACTLY like one I saw in a dream a week earlier where me and an unknown woman were trying to escape a train station to get away with people who'd been infected by a virus that caused fungal growths to erupt from their bodies which turned them into zombies. In this dream, we'd just descended the escalator and saw a train full of these zombies. Seeing the exact same station for the first time IRL was unnerving to say the very least.
